How long do I have to make a return?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
1) Go to 'Returns'
2) Key in the required details and information of the product you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
3) Take a photo of the defective area and email it to us, including the name you purchased the goods under and your order ID
4) Please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, then wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel (Only applicable to customers residing in Singapore)
5) Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.
Can we make refunds for purchased items?
We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at buyer’s discretion.
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-FUNLINK products.
3. If you receive any damaged/defective item, please contact FUNLINK Customer Service within 30 days of purchased receipt.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your replacement, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days.
